"Energy act for Ukraine" is a Ukrainian charitable organization founded in 2022 in response to the energy crisis in Ukraine caused by Russia's full-scale war on the territory of Ukraine. The fund directs its activities to provide solar solutions for schools and hospitals within the framework of the "100 solar schools" and "50 solar hospitals" initiatives. The fund's mission is to promote the energy independence of critical and social infrastructure objects and the establishment of sustainable development in Ukraine. We are looking for an experienced PR manager with the aim of developing a positive image and reputation of a charity fund in the field of green energy. What do we offer? Decent pay. What skills will be useful? Work experience in Communications & PR from 2 years. Knowledge of English at the C1 level, written - mandatory. Developed skills of copywriting, storytelling. Availability of contacts in the mass media. Experience of working in the non-profit sector and/or the field of energy (will be an advantage). Willingness to promote the topic of green energy to the masses. Experience in coordinating the work of other members of the communication team. Functional duties Development and implementation of a PR strategy according to the PESO model. Communication with partners and fund donors. Development and support of the creation of high-quality and creative content for various communication channels. Organization of PR events and interaction with bloggers, opinion leaders, ambassadors. Development of the CEO's personal brand. Analysis the effectiveness of PR activities and adjusting the strategy according to the results.
