PR manager in Alser, grupa kompaniy

We invite to our team a PR manager: a professional in his field, who is like a fish in water in the circle of media and influencers and is not afraid of new challenges! We manufacture sun protection systems (blinds, curtains, blinds) and we are looking for a PR leader who, as an expert, will introduce innovative changes and will develop together with the company! Working conditions: salary for the trial period (first 3 months) in the amount of UAH 27,500, in the future there will be a bonus system (we will build motivation according to KPIs together with you in the work process); work schedule from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.; the ability to work remotely and visit company locations as needed in the cities of our presence; comprehensive support from our mentors during the adaptation period. Responsibilities: building and implementing a PR strategy for the promotion of our brand, including by conducting research on the target audience; setting tasks and controlling the terms and quality of their execution by contractors and the team; creating events that are important for the media space and end customers, providing these events with maximum publicity due to the involvement of the media and opinion leaders... ensuring presence of the company in the information field, work with the audience and reputation through social networks; development of strategies for collaborations and partnerships with other brands; tracking of key indicators, working with AI and specialized efficiency services. Requirements: successful experience of working as a PR manager: from the stage of strategy development to working with the audience and indicators; successful cases of using AI services at work; expert knowledge of analysis tools, understanding of marketing metrics in PR ; experience of independently launching advertising campaigns, budget management, having your own media base and opinion leaders; excellent negotiation skills, the ability to speak simply about difficult things; the ability to organize not only yourself, but also the team (time and task management); willingness to show your a portfolio with successful projects and complete technical specifications.
