PR manager in Microstop

About us: MicroSTOP is a leading Ukrainian manufacturer of dry heat sterilizers and packages for instrument sterilization. Our main target audience is beauty professionals (manicurists, brow/lash artists, cosmetologists, tattoo artists, etc.). Today, every professional in the Ukrainian beauty market knows about our brand, and every second one is our client. Professionals from more than 40 countries of the world trust us with their safety and the safety of their clients. We are growing fast, so we really need scaling PR support. The main task of our future PR specialist is to work with partners / educational institutions / media / influencers in the field of beauty services. Among your daily tasks will be: development and implementation of the company's PR strategy; organization and implementation of partnership programs with educational institutions; selection of platforms and opinion leaders according to the topics of the campaigns and their goals; organization of cooperation / communication with influencers; work with reputation and management of crisis situations, monitoring of mentions; event management: participation in exhibitions, organization and conduct of own PR events, interviews, etc.; moderation official pages of the company in social networks and responses to comments; control and coordination of the work of SMM teams; interaction with the media and other partners. The following will work with you in the team: the head of the marketing department; marketing analyst; graphic designer; two SMM agencies (Instagram / Facebook, TikTok); digital agency. You are our candidate if: you have a higher education (journalism, marketing, management, philology or related fields); you have 2 years of experience in PR and communications and you want to develop; you know and use modern PR -tools; you have experience working with influencers and building long-term cooperation with them; you know how to collect and analyze information; you are fluent in Ukrainian and able to write texts that you want to read again and again; you have strong communication skills, you know how to work in a team and you have a high level self-organization; experience working with beauty companies will be an advantage.
