PR manager in TATL Technology

Main responsibilities: Development and implementation of an external communications strategy to increase the level of knowledge about the brand and develop the company's positive reputation; Participation in the development and implementation of PR events and promotions to promote the company's brand; Creation of the communication plan of the company; Support of brand integrity in all company activities, PR initiatives and communications; Building and maintaining trusting relationships with representatives of national and regional mass media; Creation of information materials (news, press releases, comments, etc.); Management of the company's social networks and development of content plans; Creation of meaningful, attractive and engaging content in social networks according to the content plan; Work with negative reviews on the Internet and social networks; Monitoring the communication activity of competitors. Basic requirements: Higher education in PR, marketing, journalism; Work experience in a similar position from 3 years; Experience in developing the implementation of external communications projects for various audiences; Experience in working with mass media — writing and editing high-quality texts in various formats; Experience in managing social networks with a brand; Ability to work in a team and establish partnerships with colleagues and stakeholders; A sense of personal responsibility for the success of the project; Fluency in Ukrainian and English upper intermediate. It will be an advantage: Experience working with communications in product IT companies in the field of EdTech; Understanding the peculiarities of PR work by different audiences (B2C, B2B, B2G); Awareness of the latest SM trends (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and PR practices; Presence of established trust relations between journalists and editors of national and regional mass media; Strong project management skills, ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
