We are looking for a talented and ambitious candidate for a separate financial direction who wants to develop together with us.

Location — Kyiv. A hybrid work format is provided.

What will need to be done:

• Brand development, reputation formation and maintaining a positive image of the company;
• Actively participate in the formation and implementation of the bank's reputation and communication strategy, communication plan;
• Collection of information, preparation and approval of information materials of various genres (news, special projects, articles, interviews, etc.) in accordance with the corporate style;
• Active interaction with the media, coordination of projects, placement of PR materials according to the target audience;
• Generation and implementation of relevant info drives, initiation and launch of collaborations, marathons with bloggers and organizations;
• Analysis of the effectiveness of communication campaigns and other activities;
• Resolution of crisis and prevention of conflict situations;
• Keeping internal documentation in its own direction: creating contracts, monitoring compliance with the terms of contracts, creating payment slips and monitoring the timeliness of providing acts of completed works;
• Ensuring the relevance and relevance of information on the company website, monitoring and analyzing web analytics data;
• Preparation of corporate digest and monitoring of feedback about the brand.
• Carrying out regular analytics of the effectiveness of the communications plan and making adjustments to the strategy based on the results.

Our ideal candidate has:

• At least 5 years of work in the position of PR Manager or a similar position;
• Higher specialized education (marketing, PR and advertising, sociology, journalism, philology);
• Experience in preparing press materials and other communication materials;
• Knowledge of the Ukrainian media landscape;
• Knowledge and mastery of communication tools and work standards;
• Ability to adapt to changes in communication strategies and quickly respond to new challenges;
• High level of multitasking and independence;
• Responsibility, analytical thinking and attention to details;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Proactivity and focus on results.

Will be an advantage:

• Experience with financial products;
• 3+ years of managing the company's brand reputation;
• Experience in building a personal brand.
