Inspiring dressing up and undressing, the collection is distributed online at fleurdumal.com and with top department stores and specialty retailers around the world.Internship OverviewFDM internships involve a variety of tasks where interns will gain experience and an understanding of the luxury Lingerie, Swim, and RTW markets. Our studio is a collaborative team where all members work together to support our mutual growth. We will provide the candidate with experience and knowledge in many aspects of operating a small, but fast-growing company. You will have the opportunity to work with several departments including sales, e-commerce, PR and marketing, social media, production, and design.ResponsibilitiesWork with the PR and marketing team on press pulls for top publications, celebrity stylists, and influencers.Maintain press trafficking doc, always keeping information organized and up-to-dateTake ownership of sample closet organizationArchive previous collections and maintain log of all sampled styles and their locationManage studio inventory - receiving merchandise, sending to the warehouse and boutiqueOrganize and log stock for sample sale and other eventsTrack press placements and manage press creditsAssist in setting up for press previews and eventsQualificationsHighly organized and extremely detail orientedExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities on a daily basisAbility to work independently and follow up on tasks assignedProficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPointDetails3 - 6 Months Full-Time or Part-Time (2-3 full days required)Start Time ASAPIn-Person NYCAcademic Credit OfferedTo express further interest in this opportunity, you are welcomed to email [email protected] detailing why this role would be a good fit for you.
