Asan Employer brand manager you will work closely with Talent Acquisition, HRand Marketing todevelop and execute our Talent Attraction and Engagement Strategy. Responsibilities: Develop and implement employer brand and communication strategy; Increase employer brand visibility; Promote the brand Culture byhighlighting our pride and Employee Value Proposition; Creating the company’s PRstrategy, developing aplan for conductingPR campaigns toattract employees; Promote and communicate the employee value proposition through various digital platforms, events; Building brand awareness and increasing brand value within the company; Development and management ofthe company’s social networks; Grow employer brand awareness through ownership ofcareer site and relevant social; platforms, measuring engagement, applications, and other important metrics; Promote key people LinkedIns. Requirements: 2+years ofrelevant experience onsimilar position, Employer Branding, orMarketing position; Experience indeveloping astrong employment brand for IT companies ; Creative thinking, the ability toform and adapt ideas tointernal needs; Experience ofmarketing communications, marketing campaigns, project coordination; Creative and strategic thinking; Strong research and analytical skills; Organizational skills, creativity.
