You will not only be the driver of our brand's communications direction, you will have the opportunity to implement your ideas in both the PR and Employer Brand domains. We are currently focusing on the Ukrainian market, but we are also already hiring people in Europe, so you will develop the brand abroad, including Ukraine. Your tasks will be: — brand strategy development (general Brand Awareness and Employer Brand); — creation and management of content for all communication materials, presentations, etc.; — cooperation with mass media to promote publications; — development of a content strategy for social networks (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn); — organization and participation in the implementation of online and offline events. It's great if you: — have at least three years of commercial experience in PR/advertising/marketing or related areas; - you have an excellent command of the Ukrainian language and English at the B2 level; — you have communication skills on par with C2, presenting ideas does not cause you any difficulties; — you embody the meanings of creative phrases, texts, slogans; — you approach the implementation of ideas in a non-standard way and, at the same time, you think critically; — you have project management skills; — you follow trends and develop your general outlook; - you have the best result orientation.
