We are looking for a PR manager to join the company's team from the Genesis ecosystem, who will deal with increasing trust in the company's brand, managing the brand's reputation and building warm relationships with the target audience. Your tasks will be :Analysis of brands of news sites and updating PR strategies; Development and implementation of PR plans with the help of a team of PR managers; Management of a team of SMM and PR managers (hiring, training, setting goals); Monitoring the quality of content in social networks; Maintaining brand reputation ;Organization of events, CSR and receiving awards with the support of PR and SMM managers. What we expect from you: Hard skills: 2 years of experience; Upper-Intermediate English level; Excel, Powerpoint and Photoshop skills; Ability to analyze data and take data-driven decisions;Awareness of the latest SM trends (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) and PR practices;Advanced copywriting skills;Experience in social media and brand management;Experience in hiring, building a strong team.Soft skills: General awareness, analytical and critical thinking ;Creativity, non-standard thinking;Independent learning and self-motivation;Ability to accept criticism, stress resistance;Management and communication skills;Sense of personal responsibility for project success;Strong project management skills, ability to manage several initiatives at the same time.What we offer:Comfortable office in Podil with shelter .
