Now we are looking for a PR & Communications Manager, which will help you cope with the tasks: - 5+ years of proven work experience in the field of PR, media management, reputation management - Experience in developing and implementing communication strategies, developing ideas, planning and managing the effectiveness of PR campaigns, understanding metrics - Successful experience in implementing complex PR strategies (concepts, budgeting) on ​​Ukrainian and international markets - Understanding the specifics of working on the development of a personal brand - Excellent copywriting, verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work with different genres of texts - Understanding of the working principles of various communication tools and channels: smm, web, POSM, digital, mass media, events, partnerships, industry events - Conducting analytics and reporting of PR activities - Skills in using Social Listening tools (Brandwatch, Brand24, Mention or similar) - Understanding of key trends and trends in the development of methods and channels of communication - Proficiency in English at the Upper-Intermediate level Main tasks in the position - Development and implementation of an external communications strategy in accordance with the company's business strategy and functional strategy - Communication with the media, event organizers, partners and contractors - Planning and implementation of PR campaigns, evaluation of their effectiveness - Cooperation with the product office for the implementation of joint communication projects. - Writing press releases, columns, analytical reports, preparation of special media projects, pitching materials in the mass media. - Work with personal brands of the CEO and TOP - company managers.- Content planning and media planning, budgeting.- Content preparation for social networks, cooperation with the HR department in terms of employer brand development and internal communications- Control daily public relations operations, monitor key success indicators, PR results and provide analytical reports.- Generate creative ideas for collaborations and special projects, design cases. - Monitoring mentions in the mass media and social networks, cooperation with the support team for reputation management.
