PR and marketing manager in a law firm in ELBEYS, Advokatske ob’ednannya

Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of the company's marketing and communication strategies
• Working with various channels of communication and promotion of the company's services
• Development of the company's marketing materials
• Planning and implementation of advertising campaigns
• Generation and effective development together with the company's lawyers of info drives
• Maintenance of the company's website and social networks, including development and regular placing relevant content on them;
• Working with domestic and international ratings of legal services (determination of relevant ratings, preparation and submission of documents for participation in them, further communication regarding the rating of the company)
• Organization and ensuring the presence of the company and its lawyers in specialized professional organizations and associations, as well as participation in their public events (seminars, discussions, round tables, conferences)
• Strengthening the company brand and increasing its recognition

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education in Marketing/PR
• Experience in the field of legal services will be an advantage
• Experience work in marketing/PR for at least 2 years
• Fluency in English will be an advantage
• Ability to analyze the market and competitors
• Experience in developing marketing / communication strategies and plans< /li>
• Understanding the specifics of selling legal services
• Skills in working with advertising tools and analytics
• High level of communication/presentation skills (including Power Point)
• Ability to create attractive content and knowledge of SEO and SMM principles
• Creativity, initiative and purposefulness
