Responsibilities:

• Launch and optimize advertising campaigns in Google Ads, Facebook Ads and others;< /li>
• Select keywords, pass moderation and analyze competitors;
• Constantly monitor the effectiveness of indicators - optimize advertising companies< /strong>;
• Conduct testing and hypothesis testing;
• Organize advertising architecture account;
• Aggregation and analysis of the results of advertising campaigns and their further optimization;
• Comprehensibly andcompose TK for the designer;
• Predict and analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities;
• contribute efficiency of lead generation;
• Be able to work in a team, in a large systemic business;
• Be able to assign tasks to agencies and monitor results;
• Active life position and being able to defend your opinion;

Requirements:

• Knowledge of A/B testing and basic metrics: < u>conversions, ROI, CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, CPL, LTV etc
• 3 years experience in digtal marketing< /em> (Google Ads, Facebook Ads);
• Possession of strong analytical skills for data-based decision making;
• Experience with large marketing budgets;
• R< strong>well versed in Internet marketing tools to attract and retain customers, knows how to calculate their effectiveness;
• Can independently evaluate work results, present your ideas;
• Ability to work with different analytical systems;
• Ability to work in a team ;
• Ready to work offline in the office (schedule Mon-Fri from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.).
