Management of a team of PPC specialists. Recruiting new PPC specialists. Development and setting of KPIs, plans and methods. Monitoring and optimization of campaigns to maximize results (ROI), ensuring budgets are met and KPIs are met Collaborate with aff, fin and dev teams Participate in infrastructure improvements Explore new ideas/hypotheses, test and scale them Train and develop team members and help them grow professionally What we expect from You? Experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads (search, gdn, uac). Experience with Tier 1-2 GEOs. Experience with iGaming. Considerable experience with analytics and tracking tools (keitaro, binom), cloaking tools.2 + years of team management experience (5+ people).
