WHAT YOU’LL DO

- 50%/50% - running ads/managing team.

- Manage PPC specialists.

- Hiring new PPC specialists.

- Develop and set KPIs, plans, and tactics.

- Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize results (ROI), ensuring budgets are on

pace and KPIs are being met.

- Work closely with the aff, fin, and dev teams.

- Participation in infrastructure improvement.

- Research new ideas/hypotheses, test them, and scale.

- Mentoring and development of team members, and assistance in their professional growth.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

- Strong experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads (search, gdn, uac).

- Experience with Tier 1-2 GEOs.

- Experience with iGaming.

- Strong experience with analytics and tracking tools (keitaro, binom), cloaking tools.

- 3+ years experience in team management (5+ people).

A trial period for this position - 3 months, during which we will get used to and work together.
