Hiring new PPCspecialists. Develop and set KPIs, plans, and tactics. Monitor and optimize campaigns tomaximize results (ROI), ensuring budgets are onpace and KPIs are being met. Work closely with the aff, fin, and dev teams. Participation ininfrastructure improvement. Research new ideas/hypotheses, test them, and scale. Mentoring and development ofteam members, and assistance intheir professional growth. WHAT WEEXPECT FROMYOU Strong experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads (search, gdn, uac). Experience with Tier 1-2 GEOs. Experience with iGaming. Strong experience with analytics and tracking tools (keitaro, binom), cloaking tools. 2+years experience inteam management (5+people).
