We are currently actively looking for a PPC Team Lead in one of our agencies - iProspect Ukraine. Could this be you?

Job tasks:

• Management of a team of PPC specialists: training, hiring and team development, performance review, etc.;
• Develop PPC strategies for clients and look for growth points for clients' business;
• Implement effective performance approaches, advertising campaigns and channels;
• Prepare digital and PPC strategies for new and existing clients, participate in presentations together with the team.

Our ideal candidate has:

• Experience in the position of Senior PPC specialist or Digital marketer from 3 years. Experience as a Team Lead, Head of Department or Mentor will be a plus;
• Experience in the development and implementation of PPC and/or digital strategies in agencies or in-house;
• Knowledge and confident use of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Criteo, CPA networks, price aggregators and other advertising channels;
• Experience with GA4, Google Looker;
• Desire to develop and build a career in the field of digital advertising (performance + media);
• Analytical mindset, readiness and ability to look for development points, form and test hypotheses;
• Knowledge of the English language is not lower than B1 level.
