In connection with the development, we are opening a competition for the position of "PPC specialist (Facebook, Google Ads)".

We are a friendly team of Digital referral. We do very interesting projects as a team. 

Many PPCs want to work specifically in the office in a team. We have such an opportunity. We work in the office from 9 to 18.00 from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:

< li>Launch and optimize advertising campaigns in Google Ads, Facebook Ads and others;
• Select keywords, pass moderation and analyze competitors;
• Constantly monitor the effectiveness of indicators — optimize advertising campaigns;
• Conduct testing and hypothesis testing;
• Organize advertising account architecture;
• < em> Aggregation and analysis of the results of advertising campaigns and their further optimization;
• Precisely and comprehensible TK for the designer;
• Predict and analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities;
• contribute to the efficiency of lead generation;
• Be able to work in a team, in a large systemic business ;
• Be able to assign tasks to agencies and control the results;
• Active life position and be able to defend your opinion;

Requirements:

• Knowledge of A/B testing and basic metrics: conversions, ROI, CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, CPL, LTV< /strong> etc
• 3 years of experience in digtal marketing (Google Ads, Facebook Ads< /b>);
• Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions;
• Experience working with large marketing budgets;
• Ris gathered in internet marketing tools to attract and retain customers, knows how to calculate their efficiency;
• Can independently evaluate work results, present their ideas;
• Ability to work > with various analytical systems;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Ready to work offline in the office< /b> (schedule Mon-Fri from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.).
