Duties: Launch and optimize advertising campaigns in Google Ads, Facebook Ads and others; Select keywords, pass moderation and analyze competitors; Constantly monitor the effectiveness of indicators - optimize advertising companies; Carry out testing and verification of hypotheses; Organize advertising account architectures; Aggregation and analysis of the results of advertising campaigns and their further optimization; Prepare detailed and understandable technical specifications for the designer; Forecast and analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities; promote efficiency lead generation; Able to work in a team, in a large system business; Able to assign tasks to agencies and monitor results; Active life position and able to defend one's opinion; Requirements: Knowledge of A/B testing and basic metrics: conversions, ROI, CTR, CPC , CPM, CPA, CPL, LTV, etc. 3 years of digtal marketing experience (Google Ads, Facebook Ads); Possess strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions; Experience working with large marketing budgets; Familiar with online marketing tools for acquisition and retention clients, knows how to calculate their effectiveness; Can independently evaluate work results, present their ideas; Ability to work with various analytics systems; Ability to work in a team; Ready to work offline in the office (schedule Mon-Fri from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.).
