Role DescriptionWe are looking for a LinkedIn ads campaign specialist. Priority will be given to those with LinkedIn ads experience but are willing to and able to train those who have experience in other channels but are eager to learn a new platform. Most of our current campaign specialists in the LinkedIn segment come from other disciplines such as paid search or meta. You'd be working closely with our US-based service team and our Ukrainian PPC team to help set up client ad accounts, launch campaigns, optimize and report, as well as surface insights and recommendations to ensure our clients are spending their ad dollars effectively. QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or another relevant field.2+ years of experience in developing, executing, and managing LinkedIn ads campaigns, including experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager ( or other ppc channel)Experience in A/B testing, and campaign optimization with a track record of improving click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and cost per click (CPC).Experience with analytics tools, data analysis, and reporting.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to marketing.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and team-oriented environment.Excellent written and verbal communication.
