Right now, we are looking for an experienced PPC specialist to join the team, whose duties will include: Planning, setting up and optimizing advertising campaigns in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, YouTube and other platforms (and independently, and cooperating with the agency); Analysis of key performance indicators of all advertising channels: CAC, ROMI, ROAS, CPA, PRV and CR; Management and optimization of PPC (Google Ads: context, Google Display, YouTube Video Ads, Performance Max), Retention, Facebook (SMM ads, Target), GA4 and Merchant Center; Collection and processing of data to analyze the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, traffic, conversion, income, average check and other indicators of digital marketing; Preparation of technical tasks for implementation in the digital channel; Development and implementation of strategies to increase traffic and sales through advertising channels; Collaborate with other departments (e.g. marketing, sales, web development) to ensure that advertising campaigns are aligned with business goals; Planning and determining advertising budgets; What we expect from the candidate: Experience with Google Ads tools, Facebook Ads from 2 years; Experience working with large advertising budgets; Understanding of the principles and strategies of planning and setting up advertising campaigns; Analysis and optimization of advertising campaigns; Ability to work with analytical tools GA4; Monitoring of the main indicators of advertising campaigns: CTR, CPC, CPM, PRV; What we offer: cool projects; the opportunity to grow and develop; pleasant and professional colleagues; access to one of the largest electronic libraries of Ukraine in a mobile application; book discounts; employment according to the Labor Code of Ukraine; timely competitive salary; 5-day work week in one of the best office centers in Podil (near Kontraktova ploshcha metro station, the office has a shelter); Flexible work schedule.
