Our mission is to honour the memory of the fallen Ukrainian heroes by creating a favourable environment for their children, where they can overcome difficulties, change their lives for the better and build a brighter future for themselves and for Ukraine.We open a vacancy of PPC Specialist Google/Meta.Responsibilities:Launch and manage Performance oriented ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Google to promote the initiatives and campaigns of Children of Heroes Charity FundDevelop and implement PPC strategies tailored to different platforms to maximize conversion metricsSet technical tasks for the designers and copywriters in order to optimize ad campaigns.Monitor campaign budgets, bids, and performance metrics to ensure efficient allocation of resourcesGenerate regular reports on campaign performance, including key metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI.Analyze donor data and campaign results to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization.Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data, including adjusting targeting, ad creative, and bidding strategies.Collaborate with the marketing and fundraising teams to align PPC efforts with overall business objectives and strategies.Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience on this or a similar roleProven experience in managing PPC campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Google AdsStrong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniquesExperience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Meta Business ManagerAbility to set up conversions and trackingExcellent understanding of PPC best practices, including campaign setup, optimization, tracking and recent trendsAbility to generate actionable insights from data to drive campaign improvementsDetail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skillsEffective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentCompetencies our team members do have:Results focusAdaptivity and flexibilityCreativity and innovationCustomer-centric approachInitiativeTeamworkWhat we propose:Full timeRemote workMedical insuranceMarket level salaryWork in a fast-growing company with great noble purposeChildren of Heroes of Ukraine Foundation actively promotes equality, diversity and inclusion.
