In the CITY PROFIT company, we are looking for someone who can show their skills and professionally compete in Google Ads (promotion and advertising in Google). What projects we have in the works: B2B services, product manufacturers, engineering industry, construction services, education and training, financial services. We work with micro, small and medium businesses in Ukraine and Europe. Who are we looking for in the team? 1. Those who work for results. Who works for fun, who likes to promote and adjust Google ads to have a decent result (not just for likes and clicks, but for sales). 2. Those who will work with us on a project basis and on outsourcing. Spoiler: we always have something to do, so no one will be left without projects;)3. Those who already have experience in setting up Google Ads (promotion of goods and services) and can show their results for the last year. 4. Those who understand their work, the client and what he does his work for. And also those who know how to clearly report on their work. (We do not need a university report as a practice: we value simplicity, clarity and a real indicator). 5. For those for whom A/B testing is an understandable and familiar matter. 6. Those who know how and can work with budgets from 500 to 5000 dollars per month (our clients are different: micro, small, and medium businesses). How will we talk? 1. We show our portfolio so you understand who we work with and how we work. During the conversation, we decide on motivation for the first month of work. 2. A trial month for you: does our motivation work, can you be independent and proactive, do you progress/learn new things as you become part of our team (the trial month is paid). 3.
