PPC Specialist (Facebook, Instagram) in Flyer One Ventures

We are looking for an experienced PPC Specialist for All Right, a leading international online English language school for children, to join the performance marketing team. We are looking for a candidate who shows initiative, is ready for testing and has a high level of discipline to achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness in PPC advertising. All Right is an innovative online English language school for children that offers unique programs and approaches to learning. We develop and improve children's speaking skills, providing them with high-quality learning and a positive experience. About you: Experience with Facebook and Instagram is a must; Ability to understand business goals and develop strategies to achieve them; Experimental approach to work, willingness to create and test new hypotheses; Active participation in work processes and readiness for continuous improvement; Clear vision advertising goals and the ability to adjust strategies accordingly; High level of creativity and innovative thinking. What you will do: Development and implementation of effective advertising strategies on Facebook and Instagram platforms; Analysis of results and improvement of campaigns taking into account key performance metrics. Working on KPIs; Creating and testing hypotheses to improve advertising approaches; Active cooperation with other departments, in particular with content and analytics departments; Ensuring high quality and creativity in advertising materials.
