REQUIREMENTS: experience as a PPC specialist for more than 2 years; having a deep understanding of working with advertising platforms Google Ads and Facebook Ads; the ability to analyze data and optimize advertising campaigns based on it ;knowledge of A/B testing methods to improve advertising performance;copywriting skills to create compelling ad texts and messages that resonate with target audiences;flexibility and ability to quickly adapt to changes, organization;excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.REQUIRED LANGUAGES: working with Google Tag Manager for effective tracking of website codes and other marketing tools; setting up conversions and creating appropriate tracking in Google Analytics 4; displaying goods on OLX, Prom YA, Adam.ua, Agrobiz platforms; managing advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms, including creation, configuration, monitoring and optimization; analysis of advertising campaigns and platforms using analytics tools such as Google Analytics to determine key performance indicators and develop optimization strategies; writing technical tasks (TOR) for internal IT department for the implementation of marketing initiatives and projects; media planning to determine the most effective advertising channels and strategies to achieve marketing goals.
