Important for us: experience in planning Digital PPC advertising campaigns, in particular using tools such as Google Ads , Meta Ads (FB/IG), and other pay-per-click-systems or CPA-networks; experience of working in advertising agencies from one year; understanding of the concept of target audience selection, targeting and semantic core; command of the English language at the level of "creating presentations, write letters, perceive orally". Areas of your responsibility: planning, setting, placement and control of streaming client performance campaigns in Google Ads, Facebook Ads and other performance tools; participation in the development of strategies and drawing up media plans within the scope of business development projects; constant tracking of media indicators, tracking of trends and novelties of the digital market in terms of PPC/performance marketing; search and testing of new sources of traffic and new formats; preparation of reports (Excel, PowerPoint) with key learnings and recommendations for improvement for future campaigns; assessment of non-standard Test & Learn campaign activities (search and evaluation of new formats, offers, placement options, platforms, conducting test campaigns). Based on the results, the evaluation of tools for further work. It will be cool if you: have deep knowledge of planning and measuring digital campaigns, sales funnels, setting up analytical systems (GA4, Tag Manager, etc.); have experience working with audience evaluation and monitoring systems ( Gemius, CMetr, etc.); you know the Google infrastructure for building and optimizing the work process (Gmail, calendar, Meets, Data studio for reporting, etc.).
