What challenges await:— Scaling Google Search traffic to seven-figure budgets;— Searching for unit economies in new channels;— Creating, managing and optimizing campaigns;— Building creative processes + regular work with semantics and ads;— A/B testing of various funnels and strategies;— Researching competitors and testing their best practices in our purchase; What can we provide?— A high percentage of autonomy;— Openness to tests and initiatives;— A strong team and professional direct leadership— A separate team of analytics, development, creatives and funnels, focused only on marketing. In our team, each of the marketers is responsible for his own traffic channel, so you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the business results of a separate direction; — Willingness to experiment a lot. We understand that there can be no growth without experiments, that is why we allocate considerable budgets for them every month; In our candidates, we are looking for:— 6 months+ experience in User Acquisition/Performance Marketing;— managing budgets from $10,000 per month;— analytical skills; — fluency in Excel / Google Sheets; — understanding of marketing metrics such as CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, ROAS, LTV, CAC, retention and others. Previous work experience, which will be a distinct plus: — US markets and UK; — Skills for working with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Tableau / Google Data Studio; — Web products. In addition to businesses, we are developing the charitable initiative "Milky Way" — an internal project from the employees of our venture builder in support of the ZSU. Within the framework of the initiative, we create and finance large projects that help bring our victory closer. The amount of monthly assistance to the Armed Forces from us is ~ 5 million hryvnias, and less than a week passes from receiving an application for assistance to being sent to the front.
