Remuneration

How do we remunerate?

Your remuneration consists of 3 elements:

• Basic salary - resulting from the salary scale;
• Remuneration for additional activities - e.g. speaking at a conference or webinar, acquiring a client;
• Profit bonuses - 10% of the profit generated in the company is divided among the entire Team, bonuses are paid quarterly.

Current range PLN 6,900-8,800 net B2B

• Training budget (PLN 2,500 per year)

What do we require? ✅

Must-have for us is:

• 2 years of experience in a similar position;
• Experience in running Google Ads campaigns
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, query);
• Experience in working with large websites
• Very good knowledge of Google Analytics;
• Very good knowledge of Google Tag manager;
• Self-discipline and good work organization;
• Independence in making decisions;
• Ability to think analytically;
• High communication skills;
• Good knowledge of English.

What would be appreciated?

You will get additional advantages for:

• Experience in working with other advertising platforms (e.g. Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads);
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g. Google Scripts);
