Responsibilities: - Setup, optimization, scaling and administration of advertising accounts, Google: geo Ukraine/USA - Approval of sales plan and budgets - Preparation of a report on to the results of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns - Development and implementation of a creative strategy (creative plan, so-called creatives, independent creation of creatives - 15% of the total volume, development of creative text of ads) - Performance analysis - Development and assimilation of new RDS sources (Tik-Tok, Twitter, etc.) This vacancy is for you if: - You know how to use and test different approaches in creatives, landing pages - You have experience working with budgets from $20,000 - You know how to scale and analyze your PR - You have practical experience in creating connections - Existing successful cases in E-commerce, which can be demonstrated in real time - Strong skills in working with Google Ads for more than 2 years - Strong skills in working with Google Analytics 4 - There is knowledge of how to analyze the effectiveness of creatives and communication, hypothesize, draw up TOR and measure the effectiveness of hypotheses on the volume - You have the ability to test a large number of creatives - You can work with designers, installers - You can evaluate and adjust strategies for increasing the effectiveness of advertising campaigns - You are not afraid to experiment to increase CTR, reduce the price per click, improve the quality of keywords words- You have the skills to localize advertising campaigns for different geos: USA, Ukraine, South America, Europe. : always ready to support and help:)- The opportunity to realize your ideas and create something really impressive.
