Desire to develop professionally and grow to Team Lead. 📌 Main duties: Turnkey management together with a team of specialists up to 8-10 projects; Launch and optimization of advertising campaigns in Google Ads; Improvement of conversion of projects; Testing and scaling of RK; Testing of creatives.
