Main duties: Setting up, analyzing and optimizing advertising campaigns. Forming ideas for project scaling. Participation in team meetings. Keeping statistics and filling out reports. Working with feeds. Responsibility for results. Main requirements: Understanding of the main metrics: conversions, ROI, CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, CPL, LTV and many others. Understanding of A/B testing. Experience in managing large-scale budgets. High level of knowledge in Google Ads, Merchant Center, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics and other analytics platforms. Successful promotion experience within Hotline will be a big plus. Ability to analyze the market and competitors. Analytical thinking, attention to detail, responsibility. What is our ideal candidate: Higher education. Work experience of 3 years or more. Experienced user of Google Workspace, Meta, 1C, CRM. Responsibility, sociability, stress resistance, tendency to self-education.
