Attracting new customers, developing events regarding the expansion of the customer database. Quality control of customer service. Development and support of the online store through the formation of technical tasks and joint work with IT contractors. Development and implementation of advertising activities aimed at attracting and increasing the activity of regular customers. Working with reviews, complaints, requests of customers in the Internet space (FB, Instagram, Telegram, Google reviews). Setting up and managing advertising companies in Facebook, Google Ads. Implementation of a referral program in the online store to attract new customers. Improvement of the existing loyalty program. Control of the customer bonus program.
