We expect you to have the following skills and experience: experience in a similar position from the 1st year; experience of launching and optimizing performance campaigns in Google Adwords, Facebook; experience of working with analytics services and tracking GA Universal & 360, GA 4, FB Pixel, Google Tag Manager; experience with Google Data Studio; knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint; English level Upper-Intermediate (B2) and above; initiative, attention to detail, self-organization and focus on business results. It will also be cool if you have: experience with app promotion, know how to work with mobile analytics and trackers (Firebase, AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.); experience with APIs and other automation tools; experience with big E - Commerce projects; work experience in Kanban methodology. What you will do in this position: plan and launch campaigns in various advertising tools: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, CPA-Networks, Apple Search, etc.; monitor, analyze and optimize efficiency advertising campaigns, implement new ideas; participate in the development of performance strategies; analyze the market and competitors, form hypotheses and look for growth points; monitor and improve the main indicators of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns depending on business goals: CPA, ROAS, LTV, MAU, DAU, etc. Why it's cool to work with us: You will work with big budgets and international global brands.
