Cooperation with employees, teams, training: Launching new projects and managing current ones. Regular communication with the department through meetings, meetings. 2. Process management: Implementation of new processes and monitoring of their implementation. Update of rules and regulations. Daily tracking and optimization of indicators: ROMI, CPO, CPL; Analysis of end-to-end analytics and adjustment of inefficient advertising companies; Control, optimization (A/B testing); Professional knowledge and skills. Knowledge and understanding of the principles of operation of tools: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics. Knowledge of the principles of operation of Google Data Studio. Experience of working with E-commerce projects. Experience of working in a position from 1 of the year: in agencies or in-house.
