We invite an expert and ambitious PRS specialist to join the team for full-time remote work. Our marketing department constantly faces new challenges in lead generation, so we will be glad to hear your ideas on how to optimize advertising campaigns for better results and business scaling!

Responsibilities:

• Independent management of Google advertising campaigns to attract new customers for the purchase of blinds, curtains and blinds, bringing the process to a result;
• Creation of ads and extensions, keyword research, cross-minus and keyword minus;
• Creation of A/B tests and hypotheses, evaluation of results;
• Analyzing the effectiveness of keywords, ads, creatives, signals, audiences and advertising campaigns and constantly working to improve results;
• Working with indicators - CPC, CPL, CPA and CTR.

Requirements:

• Experience of working in a similar position of RRS from 1 year;
• Understanding the main indicators - CPC, CPL, CPA, CTR and LTV, how to analyze them;
• Successful cases of self-adjustment of advertising, understanding of all aspects of work on creating campaigns from scratch;
• Ability to work quickly and without errors;
• Willingness to learn and know where to look if something is unknown.

• Working in a stable and professional company with 16 years of market experience;
• Remote work with a standard schedule Mon-Fri from 9 am to 6 pm;
• Salary for the trial period 35,000 UAH. (1 month), then transition to the CRI system and the opportunity to influence earnings;
