We are looking for a proactive and analytically thinking Performance Marketing Specialist who has experience in launching and optimizing advertising campaigns in B2B or B2C segments. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of digital tools, knows how to effectively manage advertising budgets and achieve set KPIs. Experience in the field of gambling will be a plus, but not mandatory.
Responsibilities:
Setting up and launching advertising campaigns to attract B2B and B2C customers on platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, teaser networks and other advertising platforms.
Optimizing campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.
Analyzing the effectiveness of advertising channels and preparing reports based on the results.
Collaboration with content and marketing teams to create targeted ads.
Advertising budget management and control expenses.
Conducting A/B testing and data analysis to continuously improve the effectiveness of campaigns.
Requirements:
Experience in performance marketing from 2 years.
Experience in gambling is desirable.
Knowledge of tools and methods for optimizing advertising campaigns.
English language level - from B1 to B2.
Ability to work with analytical tools and interpret data.
