- You are confident with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4.
- You have experience in automation of advertising campaigns (scripts, APIs, Autostrategies).
- worked with large budgets.
- you understand marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Ltv, Churn Rate).
- You can customize UTM marks, properly build sales funnels.
- You have English or Polish at B2-C1 (preferably).
Your Basic Tasks:
- Create, Run and Optimize Advertising Campactions on Google ADS, META ADS, TikTok ADS, Bing ADS, LINKedin ADS (depending on business needs). ; FONT-Weight: 400; Text-Decoration: None "> To build an effective paid traffic strategy: search, media, video, remarketing.
- Work with large advertising budgets with ROI/ROAS Maximization. FONT-Weight: 400; Text-Decoration: None "> Conduct analytics and constant analysis of advertising campaigns using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar. FONT-Weight: 400; Text-Decoration: none "> a/b-testing of ads, landscapes, audiences, strategies of rates. FONT-Weight: 400; Text-Decoration: None "> Set up and optimize conversions.
