We have a vacancy for a Digital Marketing Specialist in the paid advertising team of the EVA.UA online store.

Who we are looking for:A person who wants to develop in the field of Digital Marketing and wants to gain skills in working with various advertising tools and approaches on a large project.< /p>

What you will be working with:

• Launch of advertising in Google Ads and META Ads.
• Selecting platforms and organizing direct advertising placements on third-party sites.
• li>Analysis of the effectiveness of advertising placements, their optimization.
• Preparation of reports and statistics.
• Involvement in other advertising areas is possible at your request.

Skills important to us:

• Ability to work with Google Ads and META Ads advertising tools. It is important to note that we are not necessarily looking for an "advanced" user. If you understand the logic of the tool, know promotion formats and can set up basic advertising campaigns - this will be enough. We are ready to invest effort and time in your training and development, the main thing is that you already have a certain "foundation" of knowledge in working with these tools.
• Understanding the main metrics for evaluating advertising in various formats . You need to know different advertising KPIs, understand in which cases they need to be applied and know how to calculate them.
• Responsible and organized approach to tasks. EVA.UA has a wide range of products and uses many promotion options, therefore it's very important to be consistent in your work, to approach each task carefully. We don't expect you to never make mistakes, it's unrealistic :) However, we are looking for someone who is used to checking their work first, just in case.
• It may sound trite, but an important skill for us is the ability to work with spreadsheets, knowledge of basic formulas at least at the level of a basic user.
• Ability to conduct business correspondence. We have many partners with whom we are in constant contact. You will also become a contact person for some of them.

Will be a plus :

• Experience with non-typical promotion options (teaser networks, CRA networks, direct advertising placements, etc.) .
• Creativity is not mandatory, but will definitely be a plus. We put forward many hypotheses, conduct various tests, constantly look for options for better communication with potential clients.
• Experience with analytics systems.
• Experience in promoting applications.
