• Develop strategies and hypotheses for the promotion of our products in Google Ads.
• Conduct market/niche/competitor analyses, etc.;
• Create new creatives, advertising texts for campaigns;
• Daily monitor and optimize advertising campaigns;
• Develop hypotheses and conduct tests to improve efficiency (advertising campaigns / creatives / sites) ;
• Check and, if necessary, set TK for setting up analytics, conversions, etc.;
• Regularly monitor updates, study the advertising strategy of other brands/companies, test
  new possibilities of advertising tools;
• Participate in project discussions with the team;
• Create monthly reports, conduct short daily checks and record their data.

Our expectations from the candidate:

• Knowledge and experience with all Google Ads tools; 
• Skills of analysis, selection of key phrases, writing advertising texts, development of creative materials; 
• Skills and experience of analyzing advertising campaigns, sites, markets for the purpose of forming recommendations and optimization; 
• Skills for working with task management systems;
• Responsibility, teamwork and mutual respect, honesty, openness to change, development and experimentation.
