Responsibilities:

• Adjustment, optimization, scaling and administration of advertising accounts, Google: geo Ukraine /USA
• Sales plan and budget approval
• Preparation of a report on the results of advertising campaign effectiveness
• Development and implementation of a creative strategy (creative plan, so-called creative plan, independent creation creatives - 15% of the total volume, development of creative text of ads)
• Performance analysis
• Development and assimilation of new RRS sources (Tik-Tok, Twitter, etc.)

Thisvacancy for you if:

• Know how to use and test different approaches in creatives, landing pages
• Have experience working with budgets of $20,000 or more
• Able to scale and analyze your PRs
• Have hands-on experience in building connections
• Existing successful cases in E-commerce that can be demonstrated in real time
• Strong skills in working with Google Ads for more than 2 years
• Strong skills in working with Google Analytics 4
• There is knowledge of how to analyze the effectiveness of creatives and communication, hypothesize, draw up TOR and measure the effectiveness of hypotheses on the volume. There is the ability to test a large number of creatives. There is the ability to work with designers, installers.
• You can evaluate and adjust strategies to increase the effectiveness of advertising campaigns
• You are not afraid to experiment to increase CTR, reduce the cost per click, improve the quality of keywords
• You have the skills localization of advertising campaigns for different geos: USA, Ukraine, South America, Europe
