Office near the Hippodrome metro station. In the structural, modern division of the digital management company. 

Responsibilities:

• Launch and optimize advertising campaigns in Google Ads, Facebook Ads and others;
• Select keywords, pass moderation and analyze competitors;
• Constantly monitor the effectiveness of indicators — optimize advertising companies< /em>;
• Conduct testing and hypothesis testing;
• Organize < u>architecture of the advertising account;
• Aggregation and analysis of the results of advertising campaigns and their further optimization ;
• Precisely and clearly draw up technical specifications for thedesigner;
• Predict and analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities;
• contribute to the efficiency of lead generation;
• Be able to work in a team, in a large systemic business;
• Be able to assign tasks to agencies and monitor results;
• Active life position and being able to defend your opinion;

Requirements:

• Knowledge of A/B testing and basic metrics: conversions, ROI, CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, CPL, LTV etc
• 3 years experience in digital marketing (Google Ads, Facebook Ads);
• Possession of strong analytical skills< /strong> to make decisions based on data;
• Experience with large marketing budgets;
• P< /strong>well versed in internet marketing tools for attracting and retaining customers, knows how to calculate their effectiveness;
• Can independently evaluate work results, present your ideas;
• Ability to work with various analytical systems;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Ready to work offline in the office (schedule Mon-Fri from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.). li>
