We are currently looking for a PPC Manager to build a Google Search direction virtually from scratch and scale it to seven figure monthly budgets.
What challenges await:
— Search unit economy and scaling Google Search on a transactional business model;
—Building the processes of your zone from scratch;
— Building effective collaboration with different marketing teams to grow your area: Product Marketing, MarTech, Creo team and Marketing Analytics;
—Management and optimization of campaigns;
- Remarketing of own users through various engagement channels, including Google. Our product is built on Retention, so this is very important;
—Conducting A/B tests in procurement, on funnels and on the product;
—Conducting business negotiations directly with the Google LCS team;
— Hiring people in your area and their people management;
— Research of competitors and testing of their best practices in our purchase.
What we offer:

What is important to us:
— From 2 years of experience in User Acquisition/Performance Marketing;
—Management of budgets from $50,000 per month;
— Analytical abilities;
- Understanding of marketing metrics such as CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, ROAS, LTV, CAC, retention and others. And the experience of their optimization;
—Growth-hacking mindset. That is, the desire to generate non-standard solutions and implement them. Experiment and experiment again;
- The ability to defend one's opinion with reason and to make decisions independently. In our team, each of the marketers is responsible for his own traffic channel, so you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the business results of a separate direction;
—English Intermediate+.
Will be an additional plus:
— US and UK markets;
- Skills of working with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Tableau / Google Data Studio;
—Experience with Web products.
