YASNO is a brand under which a group of companies operates in the supply of electricity, gas, energy efficiency solutions and electric vehicles. We provide services for 3.5 million Ukrainian families and 80 thousand legal clients. Three companies of the YASNO brand three times topped the rating of electricity suppliers of Ukraine compiled by the analytical center DiXi Group as part of the USAID project.

PPC manager

You will help us in solving the following tasks:

• Launch of performance-campaigns Google ads, Facebook ads and other platforms;
• Participation in the development of advertising creatives in order to increase conversion ads;
• Optimization of performance campaigns;
• Testing of hypotheses and new channels for lead generation;
• Tracking and execution of KPI's of products;
• Communication with subcontracting agencies, management and control of task performance;
• Control of the effectiveness of the use of the advertising budget;
• Maintenance of product reports/dashboards.

You are our candidate if you have:

• You have at least 3 years of work experience in the role of PPC with large budgets;
• Excellent knowledge of Google ads (search, display, discovery, p-max, shopping, CPI etc.), Facebook ads (sales, traffic, leads etc.);
• Knowledge and ability to use GTM, GA4, Google and Meta advertising cabinets;
• Experience with analytics, the ability to build dashboards (PowerBI, Looker Studio) will be an advantage;
• Ability to organize work with clients and manage relationships with them;
• Practical performance optimization skills- campaigns;
• Conducting A/B tests in purchase, on funnels and on the product;
• Knowledge of ASO marketing will be an advantage.
