SKELAR is a venture builder that builds international IT companies under rules of the world of venture capital investments. Together with co-founders, we gather strong teams to launch tech businesses and win in global markets.

We are currently looking for a PPC Lead to build a Google Ads direction virtually from scratch and scale it to seven figure monthly budgets.

Over the past year, the team of this startup successfully confirmed the viability of the business - they found unit-economy, reached the payback point and are actively scaling to the size of a large business. Each new employee can lead his own direction in the future, everything depends only on you and your ambitions.

In the role of PPC Lead, you are expected to:
- Launch, unit-economy search and scaling of Google ads in Tier1 markets;
—Building the processes of your zone from scratch;
—Building effective collaboration with Creative and Analytics teams;
— Management and optimization of campaigns, conducting A/B tests;
—Evaluating campaign performance results. Monitor not only key marketing metrics (CTR, CR, CPA, ROI, etc.), but also look further down the funnel and adjust your strategy based on the data;
- Study of direct and indirect competitors in terms of channels, promotional materials and successful approaches in attracting users.

What is important to us:
— 2+ years of experience in User Acquisition/Performance Marketing;
— Management of advertising budgets in Google Ads from $50,000/month in Tier1 markets;
- Strong critical thinking and data-driven approach to work. Ability to analyze large amounts of information and draw conclusions from it;
—Creativity and the ability to qualitatively generate new hypotheses.
