Power Platform specialist in Stowarzyszenie Wiosna

About the project 

We are looking for a Power Platform Specialist to join the IT team of Szlachetna Paczka and Akademia Przyszłości , which co-creates the largest social projects in Poland. As a public benefit organization, we want to provide our volunteers with up-to-date digital solutions that are scalable and secure, and at the same time optimize the time and costs of organizational processes.

In this spirit, we are developing a team that, using available Microsoft tools, helps optimize and automate organizational processes, also using innovative solutions. We would like to invite a Power Platform Specialist who already has established experience and willingness to use his potential in a public benefit organization for the benefit of our beneficiaries to participate in the work of this team.

Recruitment stages

In this recruitment, we plan to have two stages of interviews, conducted online.

These will be conversations about your previous experience, approach to cooperation and expectations for the new job.

I - part is a conversation with a manager and a specialist
duration: 45 min - 1 hour,

II - part is an online conversation with a manager and the director of the IT department
time duration: 60 min.

WIOSNA Association

Our Association has been operating since 2001. We are one of the largest non-governmental organizations in Poland, combining unique models of providing assistance to those in need, talents and professionals in key competence areas and innovative technologies. Together with our Volunteers, Donors and Employees, we have been implementing projects for over 20 years that are changing the whole of Poland and involving the largest companies and partners. 

On a daily basis, we implement both our own, dedicated solutions supporting 15,000 users - volunteers of our social projects Szlachetna Paczka and Academy of the Future, as well as market solutions for 120 employees of the headquarters. 

Our requirements: 

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in creating solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint and Teams.
• Ability to customize and configure Power Platform components to meet specific business requirements.
• Ability to communicate effectively and actively seek solutions.
