• in-depth understanding of the full capabilities of Microsoft Power Platform;
• knowledge of app development in Power Apps (Canvas, Model-driven), Power Pages;
• automation processes in Power Automate & Co-Pilot on Power Platform;
• experience in governance and implementation of the Power Platform toolset;
• proficiency in scripting languages used in Power Platform, such as Power FX;
• good knowledge in designing & architecture of solutions in Microsoft Power Platform;
• communication skills: the ability to tailor your message to the audience;
• analytical skills: ability to translate business requirements into advice to the customer;
• confidence in training and educating end-users on the Power Platform;
• great communication skills and English proficiency;
• creativity, initiative, open-mindedness and a “less is more” approach;
• open to new experiences & eager to learn;
• ability to keep up and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have but not essential: 

• ability to integrate SharePoint with other systems and tools, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform, and external applications and services;
• experience developing and deploying custom components (PCF) utilizing TypeScript and React;
• Power BI knowledge and development skills
