We are currently looking for a Power Platform Engineer to develop and improve IT projects, develop new functionality for our customers' needs

Job functions:

• Definition of roadmap and architectural standards (Canvas, Model-Driven, Power Pages, Copilot Studio/bots, Dataverse) on various projects. Dataverse: logical/physical modeling, performance (indexes, calculated columns), audit policies, and retention. Project assessment (developers, architects, citizen-makers, QA) Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven): Dataverse modeling, security roles, business rules, BPF, PCF components. Power Pages: Portal design, authentication (Entra ID/external providers), caching, web roles.
• Power Automate: Cloud/Desktop (RPA) flow design with retries, idempotency, queues, compensation logic, centralized logging and notifications.
• Mentoring, code/design-review.
• Collaboration with teams Azure.
• Choice of integration patterns (virtual tables, Dataflows, Webhooks, Service Bus/Events, API via Azure API Management).

Professional competencies:

• 5+ years of commercial development on Power Platform: Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate (Cloud); successful production releases.
• Dataverse (CDS): data model design, security (roles, FLS), calculated/rollup columns, alternate keys, performance and capacity limits.
• Integrations: REST/JSON, OAuth2, Custom Connectors, work with SharePoint/Teams/SQL, preferably through Functions or AKS.
• Security and governance: DLP policies, Managed Environments, SSO/MFA (Entra ID), working with secrets (Key Vault).
• Troubleshooting and performance: Power Platform Monitor, Application Insights/Log Analytics.
• ALM/DevOps: Solutions (managed/unmanaged, layering), PAC CLI, CI/CD (Azure DevOps), automated dcross-environment applications.
• Code and extensions: TypeScript/JavaScript (MDA client extensions), PCF components; C#/.NET plugins/Custom Actions/Azure Functions.

Management competencies:

• Processes and leadership: conducting discovery/workshops, backlog formation, prioritization, code/design-review, mentoring "makers", communication with stakeholders.
• Analytical thinking and the ability to solve complex technical problems
• Ability to work in a team and communicate with different departments of the company
• Organization and attention to details when managing certificates and keys
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and tools
