Power engineer in Retail Group

The national network of shopping and entertainment complexes (STC) EQUATOR invites candidates to participate in the competition for the position of Energy Engineer (location in Kyiv)

List of responsibilities:

• Organize the technically correct operation of energy equipment;
• Control the operating modes of heating stations and pumping stations, systems of heating, water supply, cooling and drainage of buildings, their current repair;
• Accept nodes of DHW, DHW and heating in buildings;
• Organize periodic inspection of the technical condition of engineering equipment;
• Take measures to eliminate identified deficiencies;
• Check monthly submission of reports on the use of water and heat by engineers;
• Monthly control the consumption limits of e/e, water, gas, heat and carry out their adjustments;
• Control annual and prospective plans for the repair of buildings, operated and engineering equipment;
• Identify objects of repair, carry out control over the implementation of repair works;
• Develop standards for performed works, establish standards for the use of materials for their implementation, energy-saving programs and implements resource-saving technologies.
• Perform calculations of tariffs for energy resources, check the correctness of filling in utility tables, monitor utility payments, organize the execution and coordination of acts of completed works in the electronic document flow.

From the candidate we expect:

• Higher profile education;
• Knowledge of programs: Word (including editing mode), Excel (including working with formulas), Outlook, 1c, SAP, FMS;
• From 5 years of experience working with network objects;
• Readiness for business trips;
• Experience in conducting negotiations;
• Experience in participating in tender;
• Communicability, efficiency, analytical composition. creativity, attention to details, willingness to learn, stress resistance, responsibility; multitasking.
