We are looking for a Post-production Coordinatorwho will be responsible for effective team work, optimization of post-production processes and coordination of content production stages. This is a key role in maintaining the quality, rhythm and consistency of all projects, combining management, technical and organizational functions - from the allocation of tasks to ensuring the timely delivery of projects.
KEY FOCUSES OF THE ROLE:
- Coordination post-production:
Managing the team (video engineers, mastering editors, subtitle editors); Optimizing the workload of the team, ensuring efficient use of resources; Allocation of tasks, control of workload and deadlines in the team, balancing of resources between projects; Organization of QC processes (first-pass, internal review, final delivery), interaction with engineers and QC specialists; Preparation and verification of final deliverables — video, audio, subtitles, artwork, metadata, archives; Tracking statuses, updating post-production calendars and timelines in management systems (Notion). cross-functional teams in order to ensure the continuity of work processes. Participation in meetings, synchronization of teams, preparation of status reports; Coordination of onboarding of new specialists in the post-production team and involvement of freelancers/outsourcers as needed;
- Process efficiency and development:
Creation and updating of internal guidelines, templates and checklists for standardized work processes for the team; Analysis and elimination of bottlenecks in processes, proposing solutions and implementing improvements; Post-project reporting, preparation of retrospectives and lessons learned; Support of content security standards (watermarks, access, work with confidential materials).
THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF:
- You have 2.5+ years of post-production, post-delivery or asset-operations experience, and at least 1 year in coordination or process and team management;
- Lead several parallel projects with different deadlines, worked with episodic, serial or film pipelines;
- You are well versed in post-processes: ingest > conform/online > mastering > QC > delivery/archive;
- You understand video and audio formats (ProRes, DNxHR, H.264/H.265, WAV 2.0/5.1) and know the basics of IMF/DCP;
- You have basic knowledge of server systems(NAS/SAN), access rights and principles of uninterrupted operation;
- Professional level mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro (required) and knowledge of Media Encoder;
- Worked with project management systems or reviews (Notion) and file transfer tools (Aspera / Signiant);
- Confident in using Google Sheets/Excel, can manage structured reporting and archive;
- Can plan team resources, prioritize tasks, manage risks;
- Have experience in team coordination or interaction with contractors/vendors
- Possess English at the level from B1 and above
- You are distinguished by analytical thinking, systematicity, attention to details and the ability to quickly make decisions in conditions of change;
- You maintain open, honest communication and help the team to maintain high quality even in a fast pace.
