  We invite aManager for the development of the network of post machines at: m. Ivano-Frankivsk, str. V. Ivasyuk, 17.

Your tasks:

• search for locations in Ivano-Frankivsk, Chernivtsi and Zakarpattia regions for the installation of post offices.
• oprice of locations withaccounting for traffic, availability of commercial feasibility;
• check of technical suitability of locations in accordance with company requirements;
• communication and negotiations with the owners, managers of the facilities regarding the conditions of accommodation;
• documentary support for the conclusion of contracts and accounting of the status of locations;
• coordination with the technical, legal and financial departments regarding the installation of post offices.

It is important for us:

• experience in finding locations, renting real estate or sales (B2B)
• successful negotiation experience, ability to work with contracts and objections.
• desire for development, results-oriented;
• ability to solve problems, ability to plan, organize and control;
• readiness for frequent trips to locations (having a car will be an advantage).
