POSM Specialist in Groupe SEB Ukraine

GROUPE SEB UKRAINE - international company with operations in almost 150 countries, the world leader in Small Household Equipment (Tefal, Moulinex, Rowenta, Krups and many others) is looking for a Candidate on POSM Specialist position.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Development of printed materials for promotions from idea generation to final printing according with brands requirements;
• Creation of visualization with external agencies. Editing process;
• Harmonization of the visualization with Marketing department;
• Negotiations with client's Marketing department to agree POSM placing in offline stores;
• Calculation of the required number of materials per store for determination of total circulation;
• Control of the production process, special attention to deadlines and quantities of materials;
• Preparation of a file with addressed sending to cover all regions of Ukraine with POSM;
• Informing the Company about newly developed advertising materials;
• Checking and control of the availability of POS-materials in stores;
• Monitoring the stock of current printed materials and sending them to regions if needed;
• Providing complete administrative support to Trade Marketing function, including document processing.

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & CAPABILITIES:

• University Degree (marketing is an advantage);
• English language minimum on Basic level;
• 1+ year of successful professional experience on the same position is required;
• Strong analytical, organizational, decision making, and presentation skills;

• Advanced PC User;

• Creative thinking and design practice are welcome;
